About the Role
AIDA Cruises is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team at its headquarters in Rostock as soon as possible. This role sits within a collaborative, international environment where teamwork and innovation are part of everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and maintaining budget monitoring for operating and capital expenses, including planning, implementation, and inventory control.
- Review recurring orders, verify them for accuracy, and make the necessary corrections or adjustments.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the fleet by monitoring and analysing activities and coordinating closely with housekeeping teams on shore and onboard.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction data, create reports, and translate findings into practical improvement measures.
- Review inspection reports, working-time records, handover documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Handle uniform-related matters, including cost analysis and tracking related spending.
Candidate Profile
- You have completed training in the hotel or hospitality sector and bring several years of professional experience in housekeeping or a comparable hospitality role.
- You are comfortable using AI-supported tools and open to adopting new digital technologies.
- Practical experience with inventory and point-of-sale systems, especially CrunchTime and MXP-POS Systems, is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English and work effectively with MS Office 365.
- You are independent, well structured, and goal-oriented in your working style.
- You bring strong organisational ability, communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a cooperative team mindset.
