Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a practical, hands-on housekeeping leader who will oversee room attendants and help maintain high standards for guest apartments at Treetops Executive Residences in Singapore.
Key Duties
- Lead and coordinate the work of room maids on a daily basis.
- Allocate apartments for cleaning, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed to standard.
- Inspect apartments before they are handed over for guest arrivals.
- Respond to guest comments, concerns, and special requests in a timely manner.
- Run the morning briefing for the housekeeping team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory housekeeping experience in serviced apartments or hotels.
- Secondary school education, GCE N levels, or GCE O levels is acceptable.
- A cheerful, hands-on individual with strong communication ability and basic computer literacy.
- Must be guest-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Applicants with entry-level hospitality management backgrounds may also be considered.
