Role Summary
An HR Administrator is required for the Carrick-on-Shannon office. This position focuses on delivering effective and cost-conscious HR administration and support to the wider business.
Key Duties
- Keep employee records accurate and ensure all compliance paperwork remains current.
- Draft and issue employment contracts and work schedules.
- Handle questions and requests through the TMS system and see them through to resolution.
- Monitor HR and general company inboxes and reply appropriately.
- Coordinate the long-service recognition process.
- Manage sickness-related documentation and employee communications.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR function.
- Work with teams such as Marketing and Learning & Development where required.
- Oversee company merchandise and uniform stock, including ordering and inventory control.
- Support hiring activity, including participation in career fairs.
- Help administer apprenticeship programmes from recruitment stage through to programme completion.
- Continue building professional knowledge through training and networking.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as needed.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
