Role Overview

This HR internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee data handling, and HR coordination work within a regional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full hiring workflow, including posting roles, reviewing CVs, and arranging interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners, such as paperwork, orientation planning, and access provisioning.
  • Assist in checking and organizing employment agreements and other HR records.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities.
  • Help with pre-joining and onboarding support across regional teams and offices.
  • Assist with benefits administration and maintenance of employee information.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Good communication abilities and strong personal organization.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Team-oriented mindset with initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to commit to an internship lasting 5 to 6 months.

Qualifications

Applicants should currently be studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
