Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a senior HR leader who can shape people strategy and organizational development. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in human resources leadership, corporate development, and the creation and delivery of professional training programs, lectures, and workshops. The role focuses on strengthening human capital, improving employee and leadership capability, and building a structured learning and development system that drives stronger business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all human resources functions and teams across the organization.
- Design and implement HR and organizational development policies, frameworks, and strategies.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent.
- Plan and execute annual training programs based on operational and strategic needs.
- Create and enhance training materials and internal learning programs.
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions for employees and leaders at a high professional standard.
- Coach managers and department heads on leadership, effective management, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the company.
- Measure training effectiveness, analyze performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
- Develop leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Supervise performance appraisal processes and individual development plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in human resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated background in corporate training and in preparing and delivering professional lectures and workshops.
- Strong public speaking ability, with experience leading training programs and interactive sessions.
- Experience in developing training packages, designing learning content, and evaluating training return on investment.
- Advanced knowledge of labor regulations and modern HR systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Professional Certifications
The following certifications are considered an advantage: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD, Trainer of Trainers (TOT), and specialized credentials in leadership and organizational development.
Essential Requirement
The candidate must have proven hands-on experience delivering lectures, workshops, and training programs for employees and leadership teams, with the ability to transfer knowledge, develop skills, and foster a continuous learning culture within the organization.
