Overview
This is a remote, part-time Human Resources & Administration Specialist role within an expert network environment. The position calls for a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week and supports HR and administrative initiatives for AI-driven research and enterprise work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring workflows and the onboarding of new team members.
- Coordinate payroll-related tasks and manage benefits administration processes.
- Draft, assess, and refine HR policies so they align with compliance needs and day-to-day operations.
- Create clear documentation and share practical guidance on HR best practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders asynchronously on workforce planning and administrative projects.
- Use HR subject-matter knowledge to contribute to AI-focused research and enterprise assignments.
Requirements
- Background in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative management.
- Working knowledge of payroll tools, employee benefits administration, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
- Comfortable working on your own in a remote, project-based setup.
