Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position for an Insurance Agent Recruiter based in Koyilandy, Kerala, with some remote work flexibility. The primary focus of this role is to identify, attract, and onboard new insurance agents. Applicants must currently reside in or near Calicut, Kerala. Key responsibilities include sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conducting interviews to assess their suitability for selling life insurance, and organizing recruitment presentations. The role also involves facilitating licensing and training, ensuring new agents are well-versed in compliance and regulatory standards, and providing support during their initial performance period. Collaboration with sales leadership to achieve recruitment targets and build a robust agency force is essential.
