Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for an International Travel Consultant. The role centers on helping customers plan and book overseas trips, covering flights, stays, ground transport, and related travel arrangements. You will build itineraries, prepare quotations, manage reservations, and support clients with queries throughout the travel journey.
Core Duties
- Create customized holiday packages for Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
- Build day-by-day itineraries aligned with client preferences and budget constraints.
- Liaise with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, transfer partners, and activity suppliers.
- Draft quotations and package presentations for clients and sales follow-up.
- Manage complete booking workflows, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing tours, and travel insurance.
- Track confirmations, issue vouchers, and organize travel documents accurately.
- Support the sales team by helping move prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Keep current with destination updates, visa rules, seasonal demand, and supplier promotions.
- Respond to customer questions and provide assistance before departure, during the trip, and after travel.
- Maintain productive relationships with travel vendors and business partners.
Required Profile
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in international holiday planning and bookings.
- Prior exposure to package handling for Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives is expected.
- Sound understanding of DMC processes, hotel contracting, and travel supplier networks.
- Ability to prepare polished itineraries and professional quotations.
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-first approach.
- Capability to work independently while managing several bookings at the same time.
- Experience with travel CRM tools and booking platforms is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Southeast Asia and Indian Ocean destinations.
- Good negotiation skills and supplier coordination ability.
- Careful attention to detail and strong execution standards.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build client trust and support sales.
