Job description

Position Overview

CBH Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join its collaborative and energetic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and converting raw information into clear insights that help guide decisions.

As part of the team, you will focus on organizing, checking, and transforming datasets, while also building visually strong and easy-to-understand dashboards using enterprise BI tools. The position blends analytical thinking with dashboard design and supports timely, data-driven decision-making across the business.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, confident working with data visualizations, and excited to grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create scheduled reports, handle ad hoc analysis requests, and build dashboards that help support day-to-day operations and broader business goals.
  • Keep an eye on data pipelines and help ensure they remain available and functioning properly.
  • Work with teams in Marketing, Customer Care, and Construction to understand their information needs and deliver useful, customized reporting solutions.
  • Coordinate with BI Developers and Data Engineers so data models, integrations, and pipelines align with analytical needs.
  • Stay up to date on BI tools, programming frameworks, and newer data technologies, and use that knowledge to suggest practical improvements and best practices.
