Overview

For a client in Hamburg’s city center, a service company is looking for a Junior Change Manager (m/f/d). The role combines process and organizational improvement work with hands-on support in day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Help refine and improve internal workflows and business processes.
  • Support organizational development and translate findings into practical measures.
  • Work closely with the C-level team on strategic topics and decision-making.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with operational daily business, including order handling, communication with external stakeholders, and administrative tasks.

Profile

  • Completed commercial or business-related vocational training.
  • Initial professional experience of at least 2 years in change management or organizational development.
  • A well-structured way of working and a strong hands-on mindset.
  • Openness to taking on new subject areas.
  • Experience in insurance, automotive, or fleet management is a plus.
