Role overview

Hyve Sports is hiring a Junior Merchandiser for an on-site position in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on managing merchandising work from start to finish while helping ensure smooth coordination across suppliers, production, design, sales, and customer-facing teams.

What you'll do

The Junior Merchandiser will support the full merchandising cycle by keeping track of production progress, aligning with vendors, responding to customer queries, and helping the team achieve product quality and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for assigned products.
• Coordinate with suppliers to keep work moving as planned.
• Track production timelines and follow up to avoid delays.
• Support quality control efforts and help maintain required standards.
• Work closely with design and sales teams to align product requirements.
• Manage customer questions and support issue resolution.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and partners.
• Help ensure products are delivered according to business targets.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Good customer service mindset and relationship-building ability.
• Well-developed organization and multitasking skills.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to perform under deadlines.
• Prior exposure to the retail or activewear sector is a plus.
• Experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.
