Learning and Development Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Consultant to spearhead learning initiatives aimed at boosting business performance and accelerating the development of early-career talent. This position involves close collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders to craft and implement effective learning strategies, programs, and experiences that strengthen organizational capabilities and foster employee advancement. A key requirement for this role is proficiency with Workday LMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary learning advisor to business leaders and HR partners.
• Develop and execute learning strategies that align with company objectives and workforce requirements.
• Oversee company-wide early career development programs, encompassing onboarding, career readiness, and developmental paths.
• Create and manage comprehensive learning solutions that incorporate instructor-led, virtual, digital, and hands-on methods.
• Lead training sessions and establish benchmarks for learning quality and participant engagement.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals.
• Assess the impact of programs using data, feedback, and business results to drive ongoing enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related area.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or a similar domain.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering talent development and early career programs.
• Excellent skills in facilitation, consulting, managing stakeholders, and communication.
• A track record of successfully leading teams and managing learning portfolios.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience operating within large, complex, matrixed organizational structures.
• Specialized knowledge in leadership development, change management, and learning analytics.
• Familiarity with contemporary learning technologies and blended learning approaches.
