Learning Assoc Analyst

Overview

The Global Learning Solutions team at PepsiCo plays a key role in supporting the worldwide learning agenda by equipping learning leaders, sponsors, and employees with the insights and tools needed to improve the learning journey.

In this India-based role, the Global HR Operations Assistant Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts to support the creation, refinement, and delivery of learning products from end to end.

The position involves partnering with internal stakeholders and domain experts to develop accurate learning solutions while applying instructional design principles, methods, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team delivering learning design and development support.
• Work closely with internal partners to define instructional goals and learning outcomes for key programs and offerings.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to shape course structure and packaging for a smooth learner journey.
• Help establish learner experience standards that support successful achievement of learning objectives.
• Train colleagues on the WalkMe platform and other instructional design development tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product owners to create learning assets for WalkMe.
• Design and develop e-learning modules, simulations, and learning videos in partnership with internal teams.
• Support translation of learning content into required languages through tools and external vendors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in shared services, customer service, or a similar environment.
• At least 3 years of experience creating classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, simulation content, and learning videos.
• At least 3 years of hands-on instructional design experience focused on adult learning and curriculum development.
• At least 3 years of experience working in HR or a shared services setting.
• Working knowledge of WalkMe, jQuery, and HTML is preferred.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and EasyGenerator.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and cultures.
• Comfort working in a complex, matrixed, and virtual environment.
• Strong customer orientation, results focus, attention to detail, and a solution-driven mindset.
• High ownership, methodical troubleshooting ability, and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt flexibly to team needs when required.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is structured as a full-time, onsite position.
