Role overview

CTRD Arabia is hiring a Logistics Manager for its Country Management Office in Saudi Arabia. The position sits within the Project Services function and reports directly to the Head of Project Services. It is responsible for leading and improving logistics, fleet, and real estate support across the Kingdom, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance.

The role supports projects and internal teams by ensuring company assets are moved, stored, maintained, and managed in a way that meets operational needs and local regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also supervise and coordinate the logistics support team, including the Fleet Assistant Manager and the Facilities Assistant Manager.

Location, schedule, and contract

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel to other parts of the Kingdom. Working hours are 40 per week. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee transportation, logistics, and import/export activities so company assets are moved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Handle inventory and storage processes, including receiving, tracking, issuing, storing, and auditing company items.
  • Manage third-party logistics partners and service providers to maintain service quality and cost control.
  • Coordinate furniture logistics such as delivery, installation, relocation, storage, and disposal.
  • Direct fleet operations, covering vehicle acquisition, registration, maintenance, repairs, and compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Supervise facilities-related work, including sourcing, leasing, renovation, contract administration, renewals, and disposal.
  • Arrange travel for employees and contractors in line with company policy.
  • Ensure all logistics activities follow company procedures as well as relevant safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Track and improve performance across fleet, logistics, inventory, and storage, including cost control, budgeting, and asset utilisation.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, systems, and controls that strengthen accountability and operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and KPIs, and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and lead a coordinated logistics support team that delivers smooth, connected service to internal customers.
  • Train and guide team members on logistics, fleet, inventory, and storage processes.
  • Supervise logistics staff to ensure effective delivery across all functional areas.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in fleet management, logistics management, or facilities management in Saudi Arabia.
  • Solid understanding of KSA regulations related to importing and exporting goods.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels from administration to leadership.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
  • Advanced ability in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Working proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • A professional qualification at Level 3 in fleet, logistics, or facilities management is preferred.
