This role sits within Everyday Labs, the internal innovation group that turns fresh ideas into tested products quickly, with a strong focus on ownership, speed, and practical results.

The Logistics Manager will oversee the movement of laundry orders both into and out of the operation, with responsibility for smooth pickup consolidation, dispatch planning, and day-to-day coordination with riders and vans. The position reports to the Operations Manager and is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming bag intake from fulfillment hubs and delivery riders, making sure items are tracked correctly, reconciled accurately, and processed on time so dispatch runs smoothly.
• Build and refine outbound delivery batches by assigning orders to riders and vans in a way that improves efficiency and supports timely delivery.
• Manage internal van dispatch for hanger orders, including allocation, route planning, and coordination to ensure orders move through fulfillment without delay.
• Keep dispatch activity aligned with service level agreements by monitoring performance and addressing delays that could affect fulfillment targets.
• Verify that order counts, inventory records, and dispatch documentation are correct before handing over to delivery teams.
• Review failed deliveries, identify the underlying causes, and arrange prompt reattempts to improve successful delivery outcomes.
• Maintain detailed dispatch records and prepare performance reports that help the team track operations and identify improvement areas.
• Improve route grouping and vehicle loading methods to raise delivery efficiency, reduce operating expense, and strengthen overall dispatch performance.

Experience and fit

This role suits someone with several years of logistics or dispatch experience, strong planning ability, and a hands-on approach to managing delivery workflows in a fast-moving environment. Experience leading delivery teams is an advantage.
