Role overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the Dubai Mall team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role sits within noon’s broader mission of building fast, scalable digital products and services that support everyday life across the Middle East, with a strong focus on customer-centric delivery. The Dubai Mall Online platform serves as the official digital shopping destination for Dubai Mall, connecting shoppers with a range of well-known retail brands through an integrated e-commerce and logistics experience.
This is a chance to contribute to a growing business from an early stage, working with major brands while helping shape omnichannel retail in the GCC.
What you will do
- Own and expand relationships with major brand partners and assigned accounts.
- Act as the main contact for partner brands, ensuring smooth communication and strong day-to-day account handling.
- Increase revenue by improving assortment, refining pricing, and strengthening brand presence on the platform.
- Work with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seasonal activations, launches, and promotions.
- Oversee the onboarding of new fashion and sports brands, making sure they are fully prepared for launch.
- Track performance indicators such as sales, traffic, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Use data and category trends to uncover opportunities for brand growth.
- Coordinate the full execution of product releases, campaigns, and promotional plans.
- Fix operational challenges related to catalog accuracy, pricing, content quality, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Run regular business reviews with brand partners and share clear, practical performance insights.
- Align closely with internal teams across commercial, marketing, supply chain, and technology functions.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, brand management, or e-commerce marketplace roles. Prior exposure to the fashion and/or sports retail sector is strongly preferred.
You should have a strong record of managing external brand relationships and improving commercial outcomes, along with a solid understanding of digital commerce, online retail platforms, and marketplace operations.
Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach are important for success in this role. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth, cross-functional environment and have a strong problem-solving mindset.
