Maintenance & Utilities Engineer

About the Role

Era It Solution, a leading manufacturer of Tier 1 auto components including powertrains, transmissions, engines, and emissions systems, is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Utilities Engineer for its Manesar facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of plant machinery and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of all plant machinery and utility systems.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other relevant standards.
• Implement and manage automation systems, including Siemens PLC, KTP-HMI, Drives, and LabVIEW.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ACBs, VCBs, and robotic systems.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment such as Brazing Furnaces.
• Ensure safe handling and management of Hydrogen and Nitrogen plants.
• Maintain and repair Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Mechanical SPMs.
• Lead and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plant and utility maintenance.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, including Siemens PLC, HMI, Drives, and LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with ACBs, VCBs, and robotic systems.
• Experience with specialized equipment like Brazing Furnaces.
• Knowledge of handling industrial gases like Hydrogen and Nitrogen.
• Proficiency in maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as Mechanical SPMs.
• Experience in implementing TPM strategies.
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards.
