About the Opportunity
Keith Park Retirement Village in Hobsonville, Auckland is looking for an experienced Maintenance/Gardener to join a supportive team in a role that offers variety, pace, and meaningful day-to-day work. The position sits within Ryman Healthcare’s retirement village environment, where community, care, and resident wellbeing are central to the way the team operates.

Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hobsonville, Auckland. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.
What You Will Do
- Help keep the gardens in excellent condition across a resort-style setting.
- Provide practical maintenance and preventative maintenance support to keep buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds safe, functional, and visually appealing.
- Contribute to the enjoyment and safety of residents, their families, and staff by maintaining shared spaces to a high standard.
- Carry out varied work across areas such as the bowling green, residential zones, and common spaces.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide day-to-day support where needed.
- Follow health and safety procedures carefully to protect residents, staff, and visitors.

- Someone with solid problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- A dependable, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Prior experience in gardening or landscaping.
- Horticultural qualifications are an advantage.
