- Help develop and keep up to date marketing materials and creative content such as EDMs, presentations, and eCommerce assets.
- Handle day-to-day administrative work, including email responses, drafting communications, liaising with creative partners, and assisting with finance tasks such as purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Support the planning and coordination of events by working with venues and managing elements such as food, beverages, music, and visual setup.
- Assist with event setup and pack-down, along with other logistical requirements.
- Prepare and share press releases, media alerts, and other PR communications under the direction of the Marketing Director.
- Maintain and refresh media contact databases.
- Arrange delivery of product samples to media contacts for reviews and coverage.
- Track media coverage of TAG Heuer and its competitors, then compile summary reports for the marketing team.
- Help organise media interviews and press events.

- Support visual merchandising activities and coordinate marketing activations as needed.
- Assist the Boutique Manager and retail team with requested marketing tools and materials.
- Provide support for boutique and trade teams with window and SIS installations when required.
- Manage account requests for VM, POS, and display materials, including booking installations and coordinating repairs and maintenance for TAG Heuer corners and SIS locations.
- Track marketing spend against approved budgets.
- Keep accurate records of marketing-related financial activity, including advertising, PR, and event expenses.
- Create and process purchase orders for goods and services while following procurement policies.
- Take on other reasonable duties assigned by the Marketing & Communications Executive or Marketing Director.
About You
