Job description

Job Purpose

This role supports the Director of Marketing, PR & Communications in planning and delivering marketing initiatives that reinforce the brand and contribute to business goals. The position involves handling marketing activity across several channels, keeping brand messaging consistent, partnering with internal teams to create meaningful campaigns, and helping build guest engagement. The role also reflects and promotes Jayasom’s wellness and sustainability values in day-to-day work and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and rolling out integrated marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and support business objectives.
  • Coordinate a range of marketing work, including content development, promotional collaterals, photography, videography, and digital activity.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective campaigns, events, and guest-facing experiences.
  • Track campaign results, market movements, and competitor activity, then share useful observations and recommendations.
  • Handle marketing assets, budgets, and multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining brand standards, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Look for ways to improve marketing outcomes through new ideas, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and campaign reviews to help guide business decisions.
  • Carry out other marketing tasks as needed to support operational requirements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience in brand launches, campaign execution, and pre-opening work will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, content development, and market research/analysis.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic language ability is an added advantage.
  • Well-developed creativity, organization, communication, and project management skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused approach.

Additional Information

This position is intended for local talent only and is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and onsite.
