Role overview

The Member Experience Representative is focused on providing reliable, high-quality service to members and making sure their questions are answered and concerns are handled well. This position is centered on direct member communication and fast, effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to members promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat.
  • Support members with account-related questions and service requests.
  • Handle complaints and issues efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Work closely with teammates to improve the overall member journey.
  • Keep precise records of member conversations and completed transactions.

Candidate profile

Education
