Merchandising Representative

About the role

Celsius Holdings is looking for a field-based Merchandising Representative to support brand execution across retail channels in the Denver, Colorado market and Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position represents Celsius across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store accounts, with a focus on strengthening brand presence and helping drive product movement at store level.

The role is part of a fast-moving, highly flexible environment. It calls for someone who can build relationships, think creatively, and consistently look for ways to expand visibility and sales support for the brand.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Training is scheduled Monday through Friday, followed by a Wednesday through Sunday work schedule. Because this is a driving role, a valid U.S. driver’s license is required, along with successful completion of an MVR screening. The pay rate is $25 per hour plus overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans and in-store promotional activity across assigned accounts.
• Visit target stores and present new display, end-cap, and PDQ opportunities to store management.
• Share sales leads and growth opportunities with the territory manager.
• Increase product distribution where permitted by the account and store guidelines.
• Keep shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers stocked and arranged according to brand standards.
• Move backstock into displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves as required by account rules.
• Place point-of-sale materials with the appropriate approval.
• Support new store launches and reset activity.
• Capture store photos and include them with weekly reporting.
• Conduct product demos when requested.
• Maintain an organized list of priority accounts to support weekly and monthly planning.
• Stay in regular contact with the territory, district, and regional management teams as needed.
• Complete 15 to 20 account visits each day.
• Log and close all account calls in the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage records.
• Handle additional documentation and recordkeeping as assigned.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising exposure is an advantage.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, Wednesday through Sunday.
• Positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a team member.
• Strong driving history with valid insurance and driver’s license.
• Access to a personal vehicle; a vehicle allowance will be provided.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Solid problem-solving ability and comfort in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Must reside within the local county area.
• Applicants must be able to pass MVR screening.
