About the Role
This position is for a highly organized and forward-thinking Office Manager who will support senior leadership within a Legal Affairs environment. The role is essential to keeping executive operations running smoothly by coordinating priorities, communications, and strategic tasks at a senior level. You will serve as a dependable liaison for leadership, helping maintain efficiency in a fast-moving, high-performance setting.
Executive and Administrative Support
- Oversee demanding calendars, meetings, and day-to-day communications on behalf of senior leaders.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including stakeholder coordination and post-meeting follow-up.
- Create polished presentations, correspondence, reports, and briefing documents.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with strict professionalism and discretion.
Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a main contact for internal departments, clients, and outside stakeholders.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing communications and ensure responses and follow-ups happen on time.
- Assist with engagement activities for current and prospective stakeholders when needed.
Project and Operational Support
- Support special projects through research, analysis, and reporting.
- Draft meeting notes, follow up on action items, and track completion timelines.
- Contribute to departmental operational planning and broader strategic initiatives.
Events and Logistics
- Help coordinate participation in internal and external events.
- Arrange travel and logistics for leaders and team members.
- Organize team activities and support smooth execution of departmental requirements.
Experience and Qualification
The role calls for at least 4 years of experience in office management or executive support. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have a track record of assisting senior executives, ideally at C-level, and should bring experience from coordination, administration, or project support roles. Experience in legal practice is strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organization, excellent time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. You should have excellent English communication skills, with Arabic considered an advantage. The role also requires attention to detail, solid interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, strong command of MS Office, independence, adaptability, and complete professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Additional Information
This is an outsourced contract arrangement with a term of 2 years, renewable.
