About the Role
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring the efficient performance of cleaning staff and maintaining high service standards to achieve client satisfaction. This role involves conducting regular site inspections, providing support to supervisors, managing cleaning supplies within budget, and coordinating schedules for optimal efficiency. The executive will also be responsible for client communication, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Occasional night spot checks will be conducted to maintain standards outside of business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site cleaning operations, ensuring staff efficiency and adherence to the highest cleaning standards.
- Monitor and adjust cleaning schedules to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct daily site inspections and weekly night spot checks to assess and maintain cleanliness and overall premises condition.
- Offer guidance and support to cleaning supervisors.
- Manage cleaning consumable inventory, ensuring adherence to budget and minimizing wastage.
- Assist the Cleaning Manager and other senior personnel with assigned tasks.
- Operate and maintain the company van, ensuring its good working condition and compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in hands-on cleaning tasks such as carpet and marble polishing, or supervise staff performing these duties.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related discipline. Previous experience in the cleaning services industry is essential. Strong leadership capabilities are required to effectively supervise and guide cleaning teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for client interactions. The ability to conduct site inspections and perform occasional night spot checks is also required. A valid Class 3 driving license is considered an advantage.
