Role overview
This is an office-based Operations Manager opportunity in Mullingar, County Westmeath, with a five-day-per-week presence in the office. The business is a growing technology company looking for a leader who can take ownership of several operational areas, improve service delivery, and help foster a strong, positive team environment.
The role is hands-on and involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will oversee daily business operations, support the wider leadership team, and contribute to the company’s future growth and strategic direction.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and support teams working in service delivery, customer-facing roles, and wider business operations.
- Strengthen operational performance by improving processes, increasing accountability, and raising efficiency across the organisation.
- Track KPIs, service standards, and overall business performance indicators.
- Assist with workforce planning, staff development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle escalations, manage operational risks, and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Partner with senior leaders to advance business growth and strategic goals.
- Develop productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
