Job description

Role overview

This position is focused on supporting day-to-day operational workflows in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role involves carrying out assigned processes accurately, meeting deadlines, and following both internal procedures and external compliance standards.

Key duties

You will help maintain smooth operational activity across areas such as air network support, dispatch, administrative support, customer service, service assurance, manifest preparation, dangerous goods handling support, cross-border and domestic linehaul coordination, road network support, trace management, reporting, and location-based customer support.

The work requires spotting irregularities, applying established rules and procedures to resolve routine issues, and escalating more complex matters to senior colleagues when needed.
