Role overview

An international trade law firm with offices in the United States, Hong Kong, and China is looking for a Paralegal to support its New York City team. This is an on-site role in NYC, where the selected candidate will help attorneys with special programs and routine office operations.

What this role involves

The Paralegal will act as a central contact for internal and external clients while providing advanced administrative support to attorneys. The role also focuses on using technology to improve workflows, organize information, and increase day-to-day efficiency.

Tools and working style

This position requires strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Windows-based software. The ideal candidate should be comfortable adopting new technology quickly and working with minimal supervision in a highly professional environment.

Qualifications

The employer is seeking someone with 2 to 3 years of paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent experience may also be considered. Prior experience in a fast-moving professional setting is an advantage.
