Partnerships Manager

Role summary

This is a full-time remote role centered on outbound business development for AI data partnerships. The position is aimed at building relationships with enterprise organizations so they can contribute expert-created training data and evaluations that help improve AI models. The role supports a network of specialists across areas such as finance, healthcare, and engineering and plays an important part in advancing frontier AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Source, approach, and assess potential B2B partners through cold outreach, LinkedIn-based outreach, and coordinated multi-step communication flows.
• Maintain strong lead pipelines with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems.
• Create and run targeted email outreach campaigns designed to produce qualified prospects.
• Handle objections from decision-makers, especially concerns related to data sharing and compensation structures.
• Evaluate prospects against partnership guidelines and move the strongest leads forward for deeper discussions.

Required qualifications and skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and develop trust quickly.
• Proven background in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
• Comfort using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms at an advanced level.
• Experience building automated email sequences and managing multi-touch outreach campaigns.
• Ability to respond confidently to objections, particularly around complex payment or data-related discussions.

Compensation

Annual payout is listed at USD 70,000 to USD 150,000.
