About the Role
Trilyon brings more than 16 years of experience delivering global workforce solutions and staffing support across several specialized areas, including cloud platforms, Salesforce, AI, machine learning, and technical writing. The company is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a 26-week remote contract assignment with a healthcare-focused organization in the United States.
Role Summary
This position supports end-to-end payroll operations for a large, fully remote healthcare employer. The work centers on accurate, timely processing of payroll activities in a high-volume environment with more than 20,000 employees.
Key Duties
The coordinator will review, verify, and process approved timekeeping data, expense reimbursements, payroll changes, retroactive compensation, overpayment cases, and final pay for terminated employees. The role also involves making manual payroll entries and adjustments, maintaining compliance with payroll policies, and helping ensure payroll is delivered correctly and on schedule.
Required Experience
Candidates should have at least 2 years of payroll processing experience and prior exposure to enterprise-scale payroll operations. Experience with Workday, Kronos, union payroll, California payroll rules, and final termination pay in California is required.
Preferred Background
Applicants with healthcare payroll experience are strongly preferred, along with those who have supported contract or limited-term workforce payroll. Experience auditing time records, handling payroll corrections and retroactive payments, reviewing overpayments, and contributing to OneLink or ERP-related payroll work will be an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a 100% remote contract opportunity. Any required equipment will be supplied by the facility.
