This position is centered on product photography for the website across all markets, including product photos, lifestyle visuals, campaign support, PDP updates, and seasonal reshoots. The photographer follows the brand’s photography guidelines and ensures every image meets the required technical and visual quality.
Success in this role means delivering consistent, on-brand product imagery on schedule, showing steady improvement in lighting and composition, and giving the Senior Photographer confidence to delegate shoots with reliable results.
Key responsibilities
- Create product and lifestyle photography for the website across all countries while following established brand photography rules.
- Manage on-set lighting, composition, styling support, and image capture to a high-quality brand standard.
- Work from shot lists and help plan and schedule shoot execution.
- Assist with hero campaigns and seasonal productions under the direction of the Senior Photographer or Art Director.
- Produce ongoing product visuals for PDP, CRM, and merchandising needs.
- Use tethered capture workflows and maintain clean metadata during shoots.
Image quality and handoff
- Review images during the shoot and selection process to ensure they comply with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with retouching and post-production teams to complete image finishing.
- Keep image files, metadata, and handoff processes well organized.
- Send selected images with clear instructions and notes to retouching partners.
- Help maintain consistent colour and tone across different shoot days.
- Manage RAW asset archiving and transfer them to Photography Operations.
Lighting and composition
- Set up lighting for product, lifestyle, and campaign shoots as required.
- Apply solid composition principles across different formats and aspect ratios.
- Develop a personal reference collection of lighting setups and composition examples.
- Study photography references relevant to GCC categories and audiences.
- Stay updated on lighting gear, modifiers, and lens options.
Collaboration and creative support
- Follow direction and creative guidance from the Art Director or Design Manager.
- Work closely with Design and Art Direction teams on shoot briefs and execution.
- Coordinate with stylists for set dressing and prop handling.
- Support mood board alignment and reference checking during shoot days.
- Attend craft reviews and apply feedback to future work.
Craft development
- Continue improving photography skills through daily practice, reference review, and feedback.
- Maintain a personal development plan with clear craft goals.
- Capture and share lessons learned from shoots for team use.
- Stay current with post-production tools such as Capture One, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, although an equivalent portfolio and relevant experience may also be considered. The role calls for 2 to 4 years of experience in product and/or campaign photography, supported by a strong portfolio covering e-commerce, lifestyle, or campaign work.
The ideal candidate should have advanced on-set lighting and composition skills, solid knowledge of studio equipment such as strobes, continuous lighting, and modifiers, and proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One. A good understanding of colour management and file handoff specifications is also important.
The right person will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, collaborative, comfortable in fast-paced production settings, receptive to direction, and consistent in applying feedback.
