About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Presentation Designer to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer looking for a diverse role within a fast-paced environment. The work is varied, covering a broad range of media from developing branded client presentation decks to crafting impactful pitch decks. You will report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop slides for client and pitch decks.
• Create original slide templates and master slides.
• Produce clear and understandable data visualizations, icons, and infographics.
• Employ visual storytelling techniques to craft engaging presentations.
• Adapt and refine content to achieve optimal presentation outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive presentation design and production support, adhering to brand guidelines and senior team direction.
• Assist the Creative team with tasks such as image retouching, stock image sourcing, and icon creation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced studio setting, preferably within healthcare communications.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability to redraw existing graphics, create animated slides, and format data from Excel spreadsheets.
• Expertise in implementing interactive elements like navigation, action buttons, and triggered animations.
• A robust portfolio showcasing presentation design skills, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with medical writers to develop assets in PowerPoint and Illustrator.
• A collaborative spirit and readiness to support the broader team with revisions and other tasks.
• Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
