Pricing Executive

Role overview

Veezu is seeking a Pricing Executive to handle booking pricing accurately and efficiently across the region, while supporting the move toward a more automated pricing model wherever possible. The position also includes help with customer payment follow-up, invoicing, and responding to ad hoc pricing-related questions.

The role contributes to improving consistency across the group and supports a higher level of service for account customers.

Key duties

• Review regional pricing arrangements for passengers and make sure bookings are charged correctly, working with colleagues in local hubs when needed to verify rates.
• Spot opportunities to streamline or standardise pricing workflows and help move processes toward automation.
• Support the preparation of customer invoices so they are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle pricing-related questions from colleagues, corporate account prospects, passengers, and other customers, delivering prompt responses.
• Assist with debt-chasing activities when customer payments need follow-up.
• Support bids and tenders as required to help retain and grow accounts.
• Follow information security requirements and help uphold ISO27001 standards.

What you will need

• Confident and courteous communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as face-to-face.
• Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• The capacity to manage several tasks at once and prioritise effectively.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Work location

This position is based in Veezu’s Cardiff office.
