Overview

We are seeking an astute individual with a strong systems orientation to join our Product Operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who naturally thinks in terms of processes rather than isolated tasks. You will gain end-to-end ownership of a specific vertical, developing a deep understanding, executing tasks, designing efficient processes, and collaborating directly with the engineering team to develop the supporting product.

Initially, this position will concentrate on the integration of new buildings into the Daisy platform, with a significant emphasis on the financial aspects of this transition. Your primary objective will be to enhance the speed, clarity, and scalability of the onboarding process.

This is not a role focused on coordination or task tracking. Instead, you will be responsible for analyzing actual workflows, performing the necessary work, devising improved systems, translating these systems into product requirements, and ensuring that the developed product effectively addresses the core challenges.
