Landed is building an AI-powered service that helps tech professionals secure jobs in the United States quickly. The team handles the job search process end to end for users, including tailoring applications in the user’s own voice, adapting resumes for each role, and following up with recruiters who stop responding. It is a compact, fast-paced team focused on product development.
Role Overview
Landed is hiring a Product Operations Coordinator to partner closely with the Product Manager. In this role, you will act as the PM’s day-to-day support, helping keep product work moving so the PM can concentrate on planning and strategy. This is a junior-to-mid level position suited to someone who is organized, takes initiative, and wants to build product experience in a high-growth startup.
The position is fully remote and aligned to US working hours.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Product Manager across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch.
- Maintain an organized and current backlog, sprint flow, and product documentation.
- Convert customer feedback and data into clear written product requirements.
- Act as a connector between design, engineering, and growth teams to keep projects moving.
- Help execute experiments such as landing page tests, onboarding changes, and conversion improvements, then summarize the outcomes.
- Draft meeting notes, presentations, and status updates that help the PM make faster decisions.
Requirements
- About 1 to 3 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, product support, or a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.
- Very organized, proactive, and able to follow up without needing reminders.
- An interest in careers, recruiting, or AI-based products is a nice advantage.
Job Details
This is a full-time remote role. Compensation is listed at $50,000 to $65,000 per year. You will work directly with the Product Manager on a product that serves thousands of users.
