Role overview
This full-time, on-site role in the United States is suited to an early-career Program Manager who is eager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives. The position focuses on keeping programs organized, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting improvements to how work is run.
What you will do
- Help organize, coordinate, and carry out program-related activities and initiatives.
- Keep track of milestones, deliverables, schedules, and performance indicators.
- Build reports, dashboards, presentations, and regular status summaries.
- Arrange meetings, note action points, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Work with teams across functions to move program goals forward.
- Support planning of resources, timelines, and risk monitoring.
- Maintain program files, records, and governance-related documentation.
- Watch program progress and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Assist with stakeholder communication and reporting needs.
- Contribute to special assignments and strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience; internships, academic projects, or similar background are acceptable.
- Strong skills in organizing work and managing time effectively.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Clear written and verbal communication, along with strong people skills.
- Good analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems.
- Ability to juggle several priorities in a busy environment.
- Careful attention to detail and a self-driven approach.
Preferred background
- Prior exposure to project coordination, program support, or operations assistance.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is beneficial.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management approaches.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations for internal or external stakeholders.
- CAPM or another project management certification would be an advantage.
