About the Role

The Fountain Group is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support AI initiatives squads for a prominent client. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, blending project management, technology, business case development, and change management. You will collaborate with experienced squad leads, product owners, and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and development to successful launch and adoption. A key part of the role involves conducting market research analyses and building business cases to develop cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support to AI initiative squads.
• Oversee day-to-day project management tasks, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met.
• Manage and update project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and contribute to business case development for new solutions.

What You Will Learn

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools like Notebook LM and Gemini.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Pleasanton, CA. The pay rate is $30 per hour.
