Job Summary
This role serves as a central coordinator for internet and network connectivity projects across various Client offices. The primary focus is on ensuring the timely ordering of internet circuits, scheduling vendor installations, maintaining project trackers, processing invoices, and providing essential status updates to stakeholders. The position demands strong coordination, vendor management, project tracking, and cross-functional team alignment skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of internet circuits for new office openings.
- Monitor project advancement using tracking systems such as ServiceNow and Monday.com.
- Liaise effectively with external vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project trackers and generate regular status reports.
- Schedule installations and diligently oversee project timelines.
- Process invoices accurately and manage associated operational tasks.
- Communicate project status and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support for telecom and infrastructure initiatives within healthcare facilities.
Must-Have Skills
- Possess 2-4 years of experience supporting projects, operations, telecommunications, or infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to coordinate efforts among multiple teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in using tracking systems, spreadsheets, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or comparable tools.
- Experience in scheduling installations and collaborating with suppliers and service providers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related office applications.
