Role overview
This part-time coordination role supports product and partner enablement work by keeping learning operations, content updates, and communication tasks on track. The position is focused on managing a high volume of operational details tied to training resources, enablement materials, and field-facing communications.
Core responsibilities
- Organize the logistics for training sessions and microlearning programs.
- Maintain and refresh content in the Highspot platform.
- Help create communications and reformat product information into easier-to-use materials.
- Run knowledge checks and compile survey responses and feedback.
- Collect, organize, and keep FAQs updated from multiple channels.
Required skills and experience
- Advanced experience working with digital content management tools.
- Strong ability to coordinate schedules, materials, and operational details.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate capability with data review and tracking.
- Intermediate skill in drafting communication content.
- Intermediate project tracking ability.
Engagement details
The assignment is a 6-month W2 contract. Pay is $35 to $37 per hour. This is a part-time role and is open to candidates working remotely or in a hybrid setup, provided they are local to the Eastern or Central time zones; candidates based in Arlington, VA are also eligible.
