Job description

Role Overview

This position supports execution across important client assignments by turning complex strategic work into clear, manageable action steps. You will assist with an active organizational program for a major regional energy group, helping keep workflows structured, timelines current, and communications coordinated between leadership and client stakeholders.

About the Company

Arabian Private Holdings was built around the idea that many serious business challenges require focused, hands-on support rather than a large consulting team. The firm works on matters such as corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for prominent family groups, listed companies, and public-sector entities in the region. Its approach emphasizes clarity, direct accountability from senior leaders, and a limited number of engagements so each client receives close attention.

Key Duties

  • Monitor project milestones and help ensure deliverables for the regional energy assignment stay on track.
  • Carry out focused market and industry research to support senior decision-making.
  • Draft short briefings, summaries, and meeting notes that make complex operational issues easier for executive audiences to follow.
  • Support holding companies and client teams in documenting and mapping current operating processes.
  • Arrange important meetings and manage organized communication with client-side teams.
  • Update internal progress records so mandates remain visible, orderly, and easy to follow.
  • Assist with preparing board materials, structured presentations, and periodic status reports.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant communicates clearly in English, both in writing and speaking, and can express ideas with accuracy and discipline. Strong organization, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding how businesses operate are important. You should be comfortable working on your own schedule, collaborating with colleagues when needed, and turning qualitative information into structured, practical insights. A degree or equivalent grounding in business, finance, law, or a related area is expected.

Working Style

The role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work for analysis, drafting, and routine coordination with in-person sessions for deeper collaboration and client-facing discussions. This structure is designed to support strong performance, analytical discipline, and close mentoring from the firm’s partners during key phases of each assignment.

What the Role Provides

  • Competitive compensation aligned with an entry-level role of this nature.
  • Direct guidance and mentorship from experienced partners.
  • Exposure to high-profile work involving major holding companies and regional energy organizations.
  • A hybrid setup that blends flexibility with meaningful team interaction.
  • A focused environment for building analytical and strategic advisory capabilities.
