Role overview
Encora Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to oversee complex project and program engagements in Singapore. This position requires someone who can coordinate planning, vendors, communications, resources, budgets, changes, risks, and issues while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
Key responsibilities
- Steer projects and programs across all phases, from initial planning through delivery and closure.
- Coordinate external vendors, internal resources, budgets, change requests, risks, and issue resolution.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through strong governance and expectation management.
- Prepare clear executive-level updates and communication.
- Share progress reports on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key developments with leadership and business teams.
- Lead a portfolio of complex initiatives across one or more business lines.
- Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle.
- Make sure the program stays aligned with strategic business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans for every project phase.
- Run day-to-day project operations, including project management working groups and steering committees.
- Evaluate how technology, operations, and business requirements affect one another.
- Track outcomes closely and address issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical-path items.
- Ensure delivery remains within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required. The role calls for at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within information technology.
Essential domain experience
Applicants must have project management experience in the AML domain and at least 10 years of banking experience.
