About the Role
XYZ Robotics is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of robot projects. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with budget, timeline, and scope constraints. The Project Manager will be instrumental in tracking progress, managing resources, and communicating updates to stakeholders and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the entire robot project lifecycle, from initiation and scheduling to progress monitoring, resource allocation, and final delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, coordinating efforts between R&D, testing, and other departments to ensure seamless alignment between client requirements, proposed solutions, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, proactively identify and manage risks, and organize key project milestones, phase reviews, and acceptance meetings to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with clients, adeptly translating their needs into practical and achievable project solutions.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding their requirements and foster their understanding of our robotic products.
- Contribute to company product presentations and training sessions, demonstrating proficiency in articulating products and solutions to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Possess 2-3 years of professional experience in project management.
- Have an international educational background from Europe or America, with English fluency suitable for professional communication.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of robotics, empathic intelligence, and AI-related technologies.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a capacity for adaptable problem-solving.
