Role impact

This position focuses on inspection, testing, and sampling across manufacturing activities. The role involves checking packaging lines, inspecting manufacturing output, and testing incoming parts and raw materials to confirm that internal quality standards are consistently met. It also includes monitoring critical instruments and equipment, and may involve helping to write procedures or troubleshoot and validate test methods, including assays. Where required, the role may also include placing approval or rejection labels on bulk raw materials after analytical results are reviewed.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out product audits and compile clear reports that capture non-conformances and defects found during pre-shipment and final source audits.
  • Support Quality Engineers by helping contain issues and confirming that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
  • Conduct regular line compliance checks to verify that production follows quality requirements and the applicable work instructions and SOPs.
  • Make sure all quality-related updates are handed over accurately, completely, and on time to the next shift.
  • Work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • A diploma in Science, Engineering, or a closely related area.
  • A strong quality-focused mindset with the discipline to protect product integrity and follow established standards.
  • Good teamwork ability and the confidence to work with cross-functional groups.
  • Strong commitment to attendance, deadlines, and accountability for assigned work.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications is an advantage.
