As the business continues to expand, it is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for its Singapore office. This role will support the growth of the SAP talent and client network across the region.

Role Overview

In this position, you will connect skilled SAP professionals with suitable opportunities and help build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for SAP professionals, covering both contract and permanent positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive outreach to develop a strong SAP talent pipeline.
• Maintain close communication with SAP consultants and hiring managers to understand needs and create effective matches.
• Support deployed contractors by managing day-to-day contractor matters, including renewals and a smooth overall experience.
• Track SAP hiring trends, carry out market research, and identify opportunities that support business growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings recruitment experience, strong relationship-building ability, and a commercial mindset. A background in SAP, IT, or technology hiring is preferred, though candidates with a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
