Research Assistant

Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Research Assistant who is organized, curious, and detail-focused. The role involves gathering information from dependable sources, structuring it clearly, analyzing patterns, and turning findings into useful reports and recommendations. You will work with internal teams to help shape research outputs that support informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

• Carry out research through online databases, industry publications, reports, and other trustworthy sources.
• Gather, sort, and keep research data and supporting documentation up to date.
• Review information to identify patterns, trends, and meaningful insights.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and recommendation documents.
• Check the reliability and correctness of data and source material.
• Contribute to market research, competitor review, business intelligence, and related research work.
• Maintain research records, databases, and reference files for future use.
• Coordinate with different teams to understand research goals and project needs.
• Track industry updates, new developments, and relevant news.
• Support additional research assignments and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• Strong ability to research, evaluate information, and think critically.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to organize large volumes of information and present conclusions in a clear format.
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or research methods is helpful.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team setting.
• Internship experience, academic research projects, or prior research-related work is a plus.
