Role Overview

The Research BD Manager/Director will focus on building relationships, identifying promising blockchain opportunities, and supporting listing decisions for Binance.com and Binance Alpha. The role involves evaluating projects, coordinating across teams, and representing Binance in the wider crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong connections with project communities, crypto founders, and leading venture capital firms.
• Identify and proactively source new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects suitable for potential listing on Binance.com and Binance Alpha.
• Maintain a healthy and steady pipeline of high-quality projects for listing consideration.
• Contribute to due diligence by assessing team quality, market positioning, tokenomics, and other factors when reviewing opportunities.
• Lead internal approval workflows and present the business case for listings to senior leadership.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sourcing efforts and negotiate terms effectively.
• Represent Binance at relevant global industry events.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector, including current trends, market themes, and tokenomics.
• Genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in asset listing roles within crypto businesses, venture capital, or exchanges.
• Excellent written communication and analytical ability for evaluating deals and preparing internal reports.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with regular interaction with entrepreneurs and startup ecosystem participants.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently on a day-to-day basis.
