Role Summary

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Reservations Agent to oversee guest bookings and keep the reservation workflow running smoothly. The position plays an important part in delivering a positive guest journey and supporting efficient hotel booking operations.

Key Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in hospitality management or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same position within the hotel sector is necessary.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems, especially Opera, is expected.
• Strong spoken and written communication ability is essential.
• High-level customer service skills are needed to maintain guest satisfaction.
• The ability to organize and manage several tasks at the same time is important.
• You should be able to address guest concerns and complaints in an effective manner.
