Role Overview

Cartier is expanding its footprint in Riyadh and is seeking accomplished Sales Associates to help deliver elevated boutique experiences. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, understand individual needs, and present the craftsmanship and story behind each piece in a way that reflects the Maison’s standards.

What You Will Do

You will contribute directly to boutique performance by combining relationship-building, client advising, and operational discipline. Your work will support both immediate sales results and long-term loyalty to the brand.

Sales Performance

  • Provide clients with a premium experience that aligns with Cartier’s expectations for service quality.
  • Meet and surpass personal and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and detailed product expertise.
  • Spot clienteling opportunities early, arrange appointments, and build well-structured client profiles.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Growth

  • Develop durable relationships that encourage trust and repeat visits.
  • Build, organize, and expand your client book to increase engagement and commercial opportunity.
  • Carry out focused CRM initiatives that keep client connections active and drive repeat purchases.
  • Act as a Cartier representative at client events and exclusive brand activations.

Boutique Operations

  • Follow boutique procedures carefully and maintain compliance with operational standards.
  • Support stock control, participate in inventory activities, and keep the boutique presentation flawless.

Team Collaboration

  • Reflect Cartier’s values through a constructive, cooperative approach.
  • Work closely with teammates and support shared objectives to deliver a smooth client journey.

What You Need to Succeed

Cartier is looking for someone who combines strong sales capability with genuine service orientation. Success in this position depends on product curiosity, polished communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
