This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Ayr, Scotland. The role is centered on creating a smooth and memorable car-buying journey by guiding customers toward vehicles that suit their needs and preferences.
What you will do
- Support customers through the vehicle selection process and help them choose the right car.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Present vehicle specifications, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Discuss pricing options and work toward mutually acceptable agreements.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives for prospective buyers.
- Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
- Keep up to date with new vehicle launches, industry developments, and financing options so you can offer informed guidance.
Requirements
- Proven ability in sales and negotiation, with a talent for building rapport with customers.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills for engaging with a wide range of clients.
- Good understanding of the automotive sector, including model ranges, features, market movement, and finance options.
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to excellent service.
- Solid organization and time management skills to balance several tasks at once.
- Driven attitude with the aim of meeting targets and supporting team success.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to work from the Ayr location.
