Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position in Dubai. The role covers the full sales cycle, including planning sales strategy, finding and engaging prospective clients, negotiating agreements, and working toward revenue goals. The position also involves guiding the sales function, monitoring market movements, maintaining strong client partnerships, and partnering with teams across the business to support growth.
Key Qualifications
- Hands-on background in building sales strategies, winning new business, and managing client accounts
- Strong capability in negotiating contracts and driving revenue
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management ability
- Comfort with market analysis and using data to support decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work from the Dubai office and collaborate with diverse, multicultural teams
- Exposure to global mobility or immigration-related solutions will be considered an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar discipline
