Job description
Overview
We are looking for Secretaries who bring a solid administrative foundation along with practical experience using Oracle systems. The role supports senior leadership and project teams within a busy multinational setting in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Provide complete secretarial and administrative assistance to management and project teams.
- Organize schedules, meetings, calendars, and day-to-day internal coordination.
- Draft reports, correspondence, and formal documents as needed.
- Keep both electronic and paper filing systems accurate and up to date.
- Work with Oracle applications for data entry, documentation, and routine administrative tasks.
- Facilitate communication across departments and with outside stakeholders.
- Handle travel bookings, appointments, and general office coordination.
- Maintain strict confidentiality for company and project-related information.
- Assist with HR and administrative work such as document control and record management.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle systems is compulsory.
- Prior exposure to large-scale projects in Qatar or multinational organizations.
- Valid Qatar Residence Permit is required.
- Professional presentation and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to join immediately.
